Policies

The Antlers is a smoke-free resort. No smoking is allowed in any of the accommodations. We do not permit the burning of candles in any of our rooms nor any open outdoor fires.

No pets please. The Antlers is home to all kinds of wildlife. One may find rabbits, squirrels, peacocks, raccoons, opossums, as well as many birds - both native and migratory.

*Housekeeping: Full service housekeeping is provided to guests staying in the main hotel building. Cabin and train car housekeeping is limited to the change-out of towels, replenishment of toiletries and removal of trash.

Deposits: 50% of each night's stay required with reservation; balance due upon arrival.  Refunds for cancellations will require a 10% processing fee from your deposit.  Cancellation within 24 hours of your arrival date will result in loss of your deposit.

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
