• Due to the historic nature of the hotel itself – ONLY ADULTS (16 YEARS AND UP) ARE WELCOME TO STAY IN HOTEL SUITES. Families are invited to stay in our Cabins and Train Cars.
• While we do love animals, pets are not allowed. Having pets inside any accommadation will result in a $150 charge to your credit card.
• The Antlers is home to a variety of wildlife. Please DO NOT FEED them.
• We do not allow smoking or the burning of candles in the hotel, cabins, and train cars.
• State and local occupancy taxes will be added to all room rates.
• A two night minimum stay is required on select holidays.
• All room rates are based on double occupancy. Weekend rates may apply on select holidays.
• Check-in hours are 3:00 – 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday. If you are arriving later than 7:00 PM please call to make arrangements.
• If checking in after 3:00 PM on Sunday please call to make arrangements.
• Check Out is 11:00 AM.
• A charge of $150 will be added to the credit card of any guest who smokes inside any Antlers accommodation.
• Deposits: 50% of each night's stay required with reservation; balance due upon arrival.
Cancellations
• We require a 72 hour cancellation notice. If you need to cancel all or a portion of your reservation, please call us at least 72 hours in advance. If you notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date, only a $25 cancellation fee per accommodation will apply. If notice is NOT received 72 hours prior to your arrival date, you will be charged your full deposit.
• Please note that our cancellation policy is NOT dependent on the cause or reason for the cancellation. We are unable to be responsible for elements such as bad weather; flight delays or flight cancellations; illnesses or injuries; family, pet or work emergencies; or even the most unfortunate of unexpected events, a death.
• No shows are charged the full amount of their reservation.
